Our Brasserie is relaxed and welcoming; led by Executive Head Chef Simon Turner, the Brasserie focuses on locally sourced Northern Irish produce, with flavour, texture, and presentation being integral to all dishes. In the summer, Brasserie food can be enjoyed alfresco on our terrace overlooking the Causeway Coast.
